Jamie Donaldson is a Level 3 certified personal trainer in Aberdeen, specialising in weight loss, muscle tone and development, and injury prevention and rehabilitation. Based at PureGym Aberdeen Altens and serving Aberdeen, Cove Bay, and Kincorth, he runs JAD Fitness — a coaching service built on three things: structure, energy, and someone who actually has your back.
Jamie's been chasing his limits in the gym since he was a teenager, and that drive is exactly what he brings to every client he works with. The difference is, he's not just running you through someone else's programme — he's spent two years earning an HNC in Fitness, Health and Exercise, and he's about to start year three of a BSc in Sports Science.
